Three phases, in order.
01
Phase / 01
Setup
Before the doors open.
Power on, configure, and confirm every link in the chain — switcher grades, presentation playlists, encoder destinations.

Phase / 02
Run
While the service is live.
Go live, run cameras and graphics from the Stream Deck, and keep watch on stream health through the end of the postlude.

Wrap-up
After the final amen.
Publish to the archive, embed on the website, and leave the room ready for the next service.

Walk through Setup top-to-bottom at least once before service. Print pages are available — use the browser's print menu on any task page for a booth-friendly copy.
